Terms of Service
Effective May 2, 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by The Regen Providers Network, LLC ("The Regen Providers," "we," "us," or "our") at theregenproviders.com (the "Site"). By using the Site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Use
The Site is intended exclusively for licensed healthcare professionals located in the United States who hold an active, unrestricted MD, DO, APRN, CRNA, or PA credential and who are interested in being considered for engagement as a 1099 independent contractor with The Regen Providers. Submitting false or misleading information through the application is prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification and, where appropriate, referral to the relevant licensing board.
2. Application — No Offer of Employment
Submitting an application does not create an employer-employee relationship, an independent-contractor relationship, or any other contractual obligation between you and The Regen Providers. Any engagement will only arise upon execution of a written Independent Contractor Agreement, satisfactory completion of credential verification, execution of a Business Associate Agreement, and onboarding with our Medical Director.
3. Independent Contractor Status
Engaged providers are retained as independent contractors under IRS Form 1099 reporting, not as employees. Contractors are responsible for their own self-employment taxes, professional licensing fees, continuing-education requirements, and any required practitioner-level liability insurance. The Regen Providers does not guarantee any minimum number of patient assignments, hours, or compensation amount; all assignments are made on an as-needed basis.
4. Clinical Oversight
All clinical care provided through The Regen Providers operates under the supervision of our Florida-licensed Medical Director and conforms to applicable Florida statutes, Department of Health rules, Board of Medicine and Board of Nursing regulations, and federal law. Contractors must follow our written guidance and informed-consent procedures and must escalate any clinical concern to the Medical Director without delay.
5. Regulatory Notices (FDA & FTC)
Certain regenerative procedures that may be administered by engaged providers are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the indications for which patients may seek treatment. The Regen Providers does not promise, and providers are prohibited from promising, any specific clinical outcome to any patient. All patient engagements require written informed consent that clearly discloses the investigational nature of any non-FDA-approved procedure. Marketing or promotional content involving contractors must comply with the Federal Trade Commission's substantiation, endorsement, and testimonial guidelines.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including the trademark The Regen Providers, our logo, page copy, photography, and 3D renders — is owned by or licensed to The Regen Providers Network, LLC and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, legal, or tax advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Regen Providers, its members, managers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any application submitted through it.
9. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Volusia County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted with a new Effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
